1st National Bank of Carlyle project completed

The 1st National Bank of Carlyle, IL recently fully occupied their newly renovated downtown banking center.  The project was completed in two phases to allow for the facility to maintain operations during the construction cycle.  Albers Studio + Design, inc. was the architect and interior design firm for the project.

The general contractor was Poettker Construction for the 10,000 sf renovation.  Many thanks to the 1st National management team and the Poettker Construction team on supporting the project and our efforts during design and construction!  Stay tuned for project photos in the future.

Panera Bread’s Operation Center wrapping up construction in St. Louis

Albers Studio + Design, inc. is the architect and interior design firm for the new Panera Bread Operation Center in St. Louis, MO.  The 75,000 sf project encompasses three floors at Laumeier Office Park in Sunset Hills.  Duke Realty is the owner of building and Duke Construction is the general contractor for the project.

Panera Bread employees will move into the new location in the Fall, 2010 timeframe.  We are excited for the Panera Bread employees to occupy their new home.  Many thanks to the Panera Bread design team, the Duke Realty team and the Duke Construction team for their efforts in making this a most enjoyable project for all!  Stay tuned for completed project photos on website in the future.

Deanna Wolff joins Albers Studio as an Associate / Interior Designer

Deanna Wolff joined Albers Studio + Design, inc. as an associate in interior design.  Deanna is a graduate of Maryville University in St. Louis, MO.  We welcome Deanna to our studio!

Albers Studio is awarded Scott Credit Union Headquarters Interior Architecture and Design Package

Albers Studio + Design, inc. has been awarded the interior architecture and design package for the new Scott Credit Union headquarters building to be built in Edwardsville, IL.  The new headquarters will be located at Route 143 & Staunton Road.

Clint Josias joins Albers Studio as an Intern

Clint Josias joined Albers Studio as an intern architect. Clint will complete his architecture degree from Southern Illinois University – Carbondale in 2011. Clint also is a Army Ranger and served two tours of duty in Iraq. Welcome Clint!
